Not quite the usual Sunday fare

It isn't a family dinner tonight. Too many cold germs and sneezes around here.

It's a night for spaghetti and meatballs, or, as probably every kid has called it, 'pasketti'. But as always with us, it isn't quite what the mind might conjure. For one thing, it isn't spaghetti, it's twirly egg noodles. And the meatballs aren't made from beef or pork, they're made with ground buffalo.

There's a salad dressed with mostly oil, and the last coloured egg for us to share as part of the meal. After all, today is Orthodox Easter. Hristos a inviat.
